Registration of Company Tax Login Under MyTax

1) Login DIRECTOR’s MyTax (either one of the director) at https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/

2) Click “Profile -> Role application”

3) Select the following information:-
     Role type : New Application

4) Type of Application : Directors of the Company

5) TIN No : C number of the Company
** The Company’s name will appear by default provided that the C number is correct.

6) Upload supporting documents of the directorship (eg Section 14 / Section 58 etc)

7) Click “Submit”

8) The application will be subject to LHDN approval and it usually takes around 7 – 14 working days.

9) Once the application is successful, you can access the Company’s tax info as below:-

(a) Login as usual

(b) Select “Individual”

(c) Select “Directors of the Company” -> To check information related to Form C (eg CP204 payment status, outstanding tax payable, etc)

(d) Select “Employer” -> To check information related to Form E
